Terms of Service
Effective: April 8, 2026
Welcome to Multitood. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the platform.
"Multitood," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Multitood and its operating entity. "You" and "your" refer to the person or organization creating an account or using the platform.
1. What Multitood Does
Multitood is an AI-powered video translation and dubbing platform. You upload video content, select target languages, and receive dubbed versions of your content. Depending on your plan and processing preferences, dubbing may involve AI-generated speech, human-reviewed translations, or both.
2. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@multitood.com.
You may invite team members to your account. You are responsible for their use of the platform and compliance with these Terms.
3. Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Multitood ("Your Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights to Your Content.
By uploading content, you grant Multitood a limited, non-exclusive license to process, translate, dub, store, and deliver Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service you requested. This license ends when you delete Your Content or close your account.
You represent that you have the right to upload and translate Your Content, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
4. Voice Data and Privacy
Some features involve AI voice cloning to match the speaker's voice in dubbed output. How your voice data is handled depends on your processing preference:
Standard Processing: Voice data may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate dubbed audio. These providers are bound by their own data handling policies, which we review for compatibility with our standards.
Private Processing (when available): Voice cloning and speech generation occur entirely on Multitood's own infrastructure. Your voice data is not shared with any third-party AI provider.
Regardless of processing method, Multitood does not sell your voice data, use it to train AI models, or retain it beyond what is necessary to deliver your project. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
5. Credits, Billing, and Plans
Access to Multitood's dubbing services is based on credits. One credit equals one minute of source video. Credits are included with your plan and may also be purchased separately.
Plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
Unused credits may roll over to the following billing period, up to a maximum accumulation as specified in your plan details. Credits do not carry cash value and are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to modify pricing or plan structures with at least 30 days' written notice. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Multitood to:
Upload or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models, algorithms, or source code of the platform. Use the platform to generate deepfake content, impersonate real individuals without their consent, or produce content intended to deceive or defraud. Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure or other users' access. Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform or its outputs without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
7. AI-Generated Output
Multitood uses artificial intelligence to generate translations and dubbed audio. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated output may contain errors, including mistranslations, mispronunciations, or unnatural phrasing. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or distributing it.
Multitood is not liable for any damages, claims, or losses arising from the use or publication of AI-generated output.
8. Availability and Support
We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary downtime. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
9. Intellectual Property
The Multitood platform, including its design, features, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Multitood. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the platform as a subscriber.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation, your access to the platform and any unused credits will expire.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in activity that threatens the platform or other users. In cases of serious or repeated violations, termination may be immediate and without refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multitood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Multitood and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Texas, unless both parties agree to an alternative. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Multitood regarding your use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
